Terms & Data Ownership
At Vault, our philosophy is simple: Your data belongs entirely to you. We do not sell your professional history, we do not scrape your milestones for advertising, and we do not hold your identity hostage behind paywalls.
Every piece of information you input into Vault—your experiences, projects, skills, and links—remains your intellectual property. Vault acts solely as the architectural engine that renders your dataset into beautiful, accessible layouts.
You have absolute control over who sees your data. You can lock your Vault at any time, temporarily vaulting your credentials and making them inaccessible to the public. If you decide to delete your account, your entire dataset is permanently wiped from our servers immediately. No soft-deletes. No ghost records.
Vault provides the templates (Bento, Sidebar, Notion, etc.) and the ATS compilation engine. We claim no ownership over the content you populate within these structures. We exist simply to give your professional identity the aesthetic framework it deserves.
